Your contract for a personal membership in
“THE HERA CIRCLE”

We look forward to welcoming you as part of our Circle very soon. 

Before you get started, please read the membership contract carefully and enter your details in the required fields.

By clicking on the “Sign up now for a fee” button, you are submitting a binding membership application. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your application and providing you with the essential information for concluding the contract. The text of the contract will be saved by us.

 

 

As “THE HERA CIRCLE” is a network in which we attach great importance to a harmonious membership structure, your request will be checked with great care. 

 

If you fit in with us and, above all, we fit in with you, you will receive your login details from us by email. If we are not a good match, please do not take it personally. 

 

Once you have received your login details, you can start your membership. Now you can create your individual profile, take part in our events after registering and benefit from all the listed benefits.

 

 

Important information about the contract

Your “THE HERA CIRCLE” membership is personal and non-transferable. The contractual partner is THE HERA CIRCLE, Aachener Str. 61, 50674 Cologne. The contract for your membership comes into effect when we send you the contract confirmation (subject: Your Hera Membership is activated - what's next? ).

 

 

Consent to paid membership / start of contract

Once we have checked and accepted your application, you will receive an email from us with a link to create your access data and another email that will take you to our Subscription Area, where you can complete your membership with your access data. “THE HERA CIRCLE” membership costs 47.60 euros incl. VAT per month and can be canceled monthly. The monthly payment is made via your chosen payment method. If you sign up for a one-year membership, you save €10 per month. The annual membership can be cancelled annually. The annual payment is made via the payment method you have selected. You can select one of the two options during the registration process.

 

 

Participation in events

As a member of “THE HERA CIRCLE” you can register for our events. The first-come-first-serve principle applies to the allocation of places. You will only be on the guest list if you have received confirmation from us following your registration. If it turns out after our confirmation that you cannot attend an event, please send us a cancellation in good time. 

At regular intervals, we offer events that are also open to non-members. A ticket can be purchased for participation in these events.

Events and costs

At “THE HERA CIRCLE” we offer various benefits, discounts and special offers for our members. 

The costs vary depending on the type of event. 

Workshops/ retreats/ dinner events and other events offered by partners are made available to you at special “THE HERA CIRCLE” conditions. 

We also offer “free events” for our members at regular intervals.

Chargeable tickets

​

Some of our events are subject to a charge. Tickets to attend these events can be purchased via our website. In exceptional cases, we will refund the tickets purchased if we are notified of the cancellation at least forty-eight hours before the start of the event at support@theheracircle.com. 

 

Deposit tickets

​

If you attend an event with “deposit tickets”, the full ticket price of your purchased ticket will be refunded to you after the event if you have appeared at the event. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the event, we will also refund your ticket. If you cancel within 48 hours before the start of the event or do not show up at the event, we will not be able to refund your ticket. Our deposit ticket policy applies to certain events for which we reserve seats for you with external partners. To ensure that we are not left with any costs incurred if you do not show up at the booked event, we require the purchase of a deposit ticket for your seat reservation.

Ticket Cancellation

Please note that tickets must be canceled in writing by e-mail to support@theheracircle.com at least forty-eight hours before the start of the respective event so that we can refund your ticket(s).

 

Guarantee

​

THE HERA CIRCLE is exempt from the obligation to perform in cases of force majeure. Force majeure includes all unforeseen events as well as events whose effects on the fulfillment of the contract are not the responsibility of either party. Such events shall include, in particular, lawful industrial action, including in third-party companies, official measures, failure of communication networks and gateways of other companies, disruptions in the area of line providers, other technical disruptions, even if these circumstances occur in the area of subcontractors, sub-suppliers or their subcontractors or with operators of sub-account computers authorized by the provider. The Participant shall have no claims in the event of disruptions for which THE HERA CIRCLE is not responsible.

 

Cancellation

 
If you no longer wish to continue your membership with THE HERA CIRCLE, you can cancel your membership at any time. 

If you wish to cancel, you will find the cancellation option under “MyAccount”. If you have any difficulties with this, you can send your cancellation in writing to support@theheracircle.com.

If you cancel, please make sure that you receive confirmation of the cancellation from us.

The membership can also be terminated by us with one month's notice to the end of the contract term or terminated extraordinarily for good cause.

 

Data protection

We, THE HERA CIRCLE, process the personal data required and provided by you for the execution of the contract and member support (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR). In particular, we comply with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All information on how and why we process your data, what rights you have as a data subject and all other legally required information can be found in our privacy policy. Amendments or additions to this contract must be made in writing. If they do not meet this requirement, they are null and void. This also applies to amendments to this written form clause. Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, “THE HERA CIRCLE”, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post to THE HERA CIRCLE, Aachener Str. 61, 50674 Cologne) of your decision to terminate this contract within the specified period. 

You can use sample withdrawal forms for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
