What really suits you? How does it feel to be completely connected to yourself? What is your soul whispering to you?
In the Soundjourney we embark on a guided inner journey, accompanied by singing bowls and gongs.
The harmonious sounds offer the body, mind and soul the opportunity to let go, to relax deeply and to connect with our basic trust. There is nothing to do except let the soothing, harmonious sounds work on you.
This gives yourself the opportunity to feel and internalize the messages of your soul. Because when we are in a state of relaxation, free from blocking thoughts, we have much easier access to our dreams and powerful resources.
Then we put the experience into motion. We take steps towards the positive things we experienced during the imagination and lovingly leave behind what no longer serves us.
Our Hera Circles offer you space for relaxation and mindfulness. The circles take place once a month and are led by our Circle Muses. Each of our Circle Muses is trained in her element and fills her circle with passion and powerful energies. Each Hera Circle is unique and we warmly invite you to join us.
