Please note that all our double rooms contain two single beds. This means that if you book a place in a double room on your own, you will be sharing a room with another fantastic woman. If you book with a friend, you can choose a room in which both spots are still available and book both spots directly.

Category 1
Double Bed Room - own bathroom, own entrance, sea view
Category 2
A unit with 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bedroom and a single couch bed and the second sleeping room has two single beds. Consequently, the two bedrooms are connected via a living area with a small dining table, a kitchenette and adjacent there is a huge bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet
Furthermore, the entire buildings (Category 1 & 2) contain air conditioning.
Included in the retreat price:
5 nights in a double room / 4 bed apartment
Full board: small breakfast before the first yoga class, large breakfast after yoga, lunchtime snack, dinner, soft drinks (water, smoothies, juices). Alcoholic drinks must be paid for separately on site. Our cook Vicky will enchant you with her kitchen magic (take a look at our Instagram highlight "RETREAT" - here you get a great impression of our last retreat on Mallorca)
An evening at your leisure: here you can explore the local cuisine in a group or on your own
Use of the entire "Borgo Fianco a Fianco" area: pool, yoga shala, rooftop terrace, etc. ( click here to go to the location's website)
Yoga Classes / Meditation / Journaling: including equipment (no previous knowledge is necessary)
Sharing Circles / Evening Activities

Flight and transfer are not included in the price.

TERMS/ CONDITIONS
As you know, we are not a big tour operator.
Every booking is incredibly important to us. Besides a lot of heart and soul and organisation we also put a lot of financial responsibility
(non-refundable advance payments) into this retreat.
We therefore ask you to read the following conditions carefully before making a booking. With the transfer of your deposit you confirm our cancellation fee policy.
BINDING BOOKING :
In order to keep our retreats intimate and exclusive, we limit the number of participants to 10. To confirm your booking, you must pay a deposit of 1/3 of the total price.
This payment must be made immediately after confirmation of your place.

PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT:
As soon as you have made a binding booking, please put a reminder in your calendar 6 weeks before the start of the retreat (20/03/2024 at the latest). Please pay the remaining amount by this time (you have already paid 1/3 in advance to confirm your booking) If the total amount is not received in our account in time, we will release the place. The deposit will be forfeited and retained.

REFUNDS
More than 6 weeks before the retreat: You have the option of looking for a replacement for yourself (we will be happy to support you in this) and giving your place to someone who is interested.
If no one is found, your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining amount will be refunded.

6-3 weeks before the retreat: the place cannot be transferred, your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3 weeks before the retreat: Cancellations at short notice (for whatever reason) will not be refunded under any circumstances from the 21st day before the start of the retreat. Otherwise we will be liable for 100% of the costs.
We are well aware that spontaneous incidents can always occur, therefore we ask you to
to think about a travel cancellation insurance, which will take effect in this case.
