Important information on the use of Hera Wisdoms

 

Please read the following important information about using Hera Wisdoms carefully before you finalise your Hera Wisdoms membership.

 

Which products you can sell via Hera Wisdoms

 

Hera Wisdoms is an online shop for digital products. 
The file size of digital products may not exceed 5GB.
Digital products include all products with the following formats:
.jpeg, .png, .ppt, .pdf, .zip, .mp3, .mp4, .mov

 

The Hera Wisdoms membership

A new Hera Wisdoms membership will be available from 16 January 2023. You must be a natural person to purchase a Hera Wisdoms membership. Membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis. With this membership, the online shop www.herawisdoms.com can be used as a point of sale for digital products.

The HERA WISDOMS membership is included in your THE HERA CIRCLE membership or can be purchased individually after application via HERA WISDOMS form. If you are interested in THE HERA CIRCLE membership you can apply at BECOME A HERA.

Hera Wisdoms membership pricing

With the "Hera Wisdoms" membership for €29,75 per month including value added tax, you receive the authorisation to sell your products on Hera Wisdoms. This membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly. You can also purchase a THE HERA CIRCLE membership which costs 47,50€ per month and includes the usage of THE HERA CIRCLE and HERA WISDOMS. You receive both options in your membership activation e-mail after your application.

 

Submit your products for sale

All products submitted after 16.2.2024 by 23:59 will generally be posted online on Hera Wisdoms within 10 working days and after checking for our product publishing guidelines.

 

Launch of the online shop

The online shop www.herawisdoms.com will go online on 1 March 2024.

Sales of digital products can take place from 1 March 2024.

 

Cancellation of Hera Wisdoms membership

The membership to use Hera Wisdoms can be cancelled on a monthly basis. If you cancel your membership, your products published in the Hera Wisdoms online shop will be deactivated when your membership expires. You can cancel your membership in your member login on our website or by writing a mail at support@theheracircle.com.

 

Form to upload your digital products

Once you have completed the membership purchase, we will send you access to the form for uploading your digital products by email. Please note that we usually need up to 10 working days to review and publish your product. The publication of the online shop and the official sale of the products will start on 1 March 2024. All products submitted by Sunday, 25 February 2024 at 11:59 pm will be listed online when the online shop is published.

 

Product review

After you have submitted your digital products via the product upload form, we usually need up to 10 working days to review your product and put it online. If your digital product fulfils all the guidelines for selling products on Hera Wisdoms, your product will be uploaded and you will receive an email notifying you that your product has been published.

 

Guidelines for the sale of products at Hera Wisdoms

We reserve the right to ask you to correct your products if they do not comply with the guidelines for selling products on Hera Wisdoms.

General requirements

Your product is not offered at a lower price at any other point of sale

Your product does not contain offensive or harmful content

 

 

Content requirements

• Your product shows what it promises in the product description

Visual requirements Videos (.mp4, .mov)

• your product is well lit and all actions are clearly visible and comprehensible and are presented in a visually appealing set-up.

 

What does that mean? 

• You / your set is appropriately lit for the content and clearly visible to the viewers

• Your background is tidy and, ideally, attractively designed with accessories/decorations to match your content 

• Your visual appearance is neat

• Your product is clearly audible and contains little to no background noise (background noise includes: Traffic noise, static, echo, strangers, sounds from outside)

 

All information required by buyers to use the product has been submitted with the product

 

Visual requirements Stills (.jpeg, .png, .ppt, .pdf)

• your product is not blurred, clearly visible and comprehensible

• all instructions and help to use the product are part of the product

Acoustic requirements Audio (.mp3)

• your product is clearly audible and contains little to no background noise (background noise includes: Traffic noise, static, echo, strangers, sounds from outside)

• all instructions and help to use the product are part of the product

Note: We reserve the right to customise preview images of your product in accordance with our corporate design.

Hera Wisdoms exclusives

Hera Wisdoms Exclusives are digital products that are only available via www.herawisdoms.com and are not sold via any other point of sale or online shop. When you submit your product via the form for uploading your digital products, you can inform us in the checkbox provided that your product is an Exclusive. Hera Wisdoms Exclusives are listed in a particularly prominent category and are clicked on more frequently.

If you submit your product as a Hera Wisdoms Exclusive, by ticking the "Hera Wisdoms Exclusive" box you confirm that your product is not listed or will not be listed at other points of sale or online shops.

Procedure for uploading your products to Hera Wisdoms

After your product has been submitted, the quality check for our guidelines for the sale of products at Hera Wisdoms will run within the next 10 working days. After a successful review, your product will usually be put online for sale within 10 working days of submission. As soon as the product has been put online, you will receive an email notification to the email address you have stored in your Hera membership account.

 

Online Shop Seller Access

If you have submitted your products by 16 February 2024 at 11.59 pm, you will receive online shop seller access from 1 March. You can use this access to view your products, track sales and retrieve invoices.

All Hera Wisdoms memberships completed after 16 February 2024 at 11:59 pm and all products submitted after this time, the online shop seller access will be created later and made available as soon as the first product is listed online.

Tracking sales success

You can track the sales of your products submitted to us and placed online by us via your online shop seller access.

​

 

Sales fee

We charge a fee of 10% of the net sales price (excluding VAT) for each individual sale of one of your products. This fee is not shown separately to the buyer of your product when ordering. It is included in the purchase price you enter in the form for uploading your digital products and will be deducted from your sales at the end of each month at the latest for invoicing purposes.

Calculation of your sales

Your monthly turnover consists of the total sales of your digital products via www.herawisdoms.com minus the ten per cent sales fee, which we deduct from your turnover at the end of each month at the latest.

 

Settlement of your sales

The monthly sales revenue is paid out on the 10th day of the following month to the bank account specified by the seller in the upload form.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You understand that The Hera Wisdoms - Kerstin Arens & Melanie Schmitt GbR does not manufacture, stock or review items sold through our services beyond our guidelines for selling products through Hera Wisdoms. We provide the platform; the items found on our marketplaces are manufactured, offered for sale and sold directly by independent sellers who hold Hera Wisdoms membership. Therefore, The Hera Wisdoms - Kerstin Arens & Melanie Schmitt GbR cannot and does not guarantee their quality, safety, authenticity or legality. All legal claims regarding an item sold by you must be made directly against the seller of the item. You release The Hera Wisdoms - Kerstin Arens & Melanie Schmitt GbR from all claims relating to items sold through our services, including defective items, misrepresentations made by you as the seller, or items that have caused personal injury (such as product liability claims).

*Offensive or harmful content

 

Offensive or harmful content

• Offensive or obscene graphics and language that disseminates, promotes or uses offensive, distasteful, vulgar, objectionable, inappropriate content, inappropriate language, profanity, frightening, threatening or sexually suggestive text, images or situations (including cartoons or animations) are not permitted.

• Depictions of body parts, organ cross-sections and bodily functions are not permitted.

• Content or services that promote unhealthy or harmful activities or lifestyles, including those associated with bulimia,

 

Defamatory, slanderous, offensive or threatening content

Advertising is not permitted if the advertisements, keywords or websites contain racial or religious epithets, advocate physical violence against persons or damage to their property, incite behaviour that endangers personal or public safety, incite behaviour that endangers the environment, speak out against a person, company (and/or its products) or group, could impair the physical, mental or moral development of children or adolescents, or contain claims that appear to be unequivocally false. Hateful or defamatory language or language that could imply violence is not permitted.

Hate speech

Advertising that enables or promotes hate speech is not permitted. This includes content and targeting aimed at humiliating, intimidating or inciting people to violence or acts of prejudice based on their race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability or other distinguishing characteristics.

Suffering and violence

• Advertising that advocates, glamorises or promotes violent activities, rape, torture, cannibalism, human suffering or death, self-harm, violence and/or cruelty to animals or graphics or violent images, e.g. images depicting blood, mutilation, accidents or corpses, is prohibited.

• If an image shows a weapon, it must be contextually relevant to the product/service being offered. The weapon must not be at the centre of the image.

• Exception: In the case of product advertisements for legally permitted weapons in corresponding markets, the product may be in the centre of the image.

• Any content that shows weapons pointed at the viewer is not permitted.

• Content that shows blood spatter or bloodshed, cruelty, violence, glorification of crime, depictions of burning people or animals and/or actions that lead to bodily harm or death are not permitted.
